Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Indore (Work From Office) for a 6-month internship. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to Core HR, Recruitment, HR Communications, and Learning & Development in a fast-paced startup environment.
The intern will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day HR operations, hiring processes, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions and learning initiatives.
- Track training attendance, feedback, and completion records.
- Support creation of learning materials, presentations, and internal resources.
Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support internship hiring and campus hiring initiatives.
Core HR Operations
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal trackers.
- Support HRMS updates and employee data management.
- Assist in attendance, leave, and HR operational coordination.
HR Communications
- Draft and circulate HR communication emails, announcements, and notices.
- Support communication related to policies, attendance, leaves, and employee engagement.
- Ensure timely and professional internal HR correspondence.
Employee Engagement & HR Projects
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Support HR process improvement initiatives and policy documentation.
- Contribute to building a positive and professional employee experience.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interest in Core HR, Recruitment, and Learning & Development.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment workflows.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to HRMS tools or internship experience in HR is a plus.
