Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations within a startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assessments.
- Maintain recruitment databases and trackers.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in onboarding new interns and team members.
- Coordinate virtual engagement activities.
- Support employee experience initiatives.
HR Operations
- Maintain HR documentation and records.
- Track intern performance and attendance.
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
- Support HR policy communication.
Employer Branding
- Create and publish job and internship postings.
- Assist in LinkedIn hiring campaigns.
- Help strengthen Baoiam's employer brand.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post-Graduation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in HR.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
