We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support recruitment and onboarding process. This internship offers practical exposure to the recruitment process and certificate of completion.
Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings accross various platforms
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals and databases
Conduct initial screening calls
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and call status
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates to ensure timely communication
Assist the HR team with additional requirement and coordination tasks
Skills required:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Comfortable using basic tools like MS office
Requirements and Qualification:
Currently persuing or recently completed degree in HR or related field
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
