About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources function. This opportunity is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in a collaborative and structured HR environment. The internship offers meaningful exposure to the inner workings of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and compliance.
As part of our team, you'll work alongside experienced HR professionals and contribute to projects that support the employee lifecycle, build a positive workplace culture, and streamline HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for open roles
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring teams
- Support onboarding by managing documentation, orientation logistics, and employee queries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
- Help draft HR documents such as offer letters, reports, and standard communications
- Support ongoing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Participate in organizing and tracking employee performance review processes
- Handle general administrative tasks that contribute to efficient HR operations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management and organizational capabilities
- Familiarity with basic HR tools and platforms (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced remote work setting
