We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join the team at Radient Consumer Appliances Pvt. Ltd. (Caf Desire). This internship provides hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and assisting with HR compliance. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field and is eager to learn the foundational aspects of HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.

What is Expected From You (Key Responsibilities)

1. Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

2. Onboarding & Induction: Prepare new hire paperwork, assist in conducting induction programs, and ensure a smooth first-day experience for new joiners.

3. Documentation: Maintain and organize both physical and digital employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

4. HRMS Data Entry: Support the HR team by accurately entering and updating employee information in the HR Management System (HRMS).

5. Policy Compliance: Assist in communicating basic HR policies and office regulations to employees as directed by the HR Manager.

6. Administrative Tasks: Handle general office administration, including managing HR-related correspondence, filing, and preparing basic reports.

7. Exit Formalities: Assist with the separation process, ensuring all documentation (such as the No Dues Form) is collected and filed correctly.

Ideal Candidate (Requirements)

1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related Field.

2. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new HR software/tools.

4. Attention to Detail: High level of organization and a strong commitment to accuracy in data handling.

5. Attitude: Eager to learn, proactive, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.

6. Duration: Must be available for a minimum commitment of 6 months.
