Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to support key people initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to work closely with business and HR leaders.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
- Support campus hiring and early talent initiatives
HR Operations
- Help maintain employee data and documentation
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Assist in policy documentation and updates
- Manage HR trackers and basic reporting
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support planning and execution of engagement activities (events, townhalls, offsites)
- Assist with internal communications and creatives
- Help coordinate surveys and feedback initiatives
- Contribute ideas for culture-building initiatives
Learning & Development (Optional add-on)
- Assist in training logistics and coordination
- Support feedback collection and training reports
- Help create simple learning resources
What We're Looking For
- MBA / Masters in HR (or pursuing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High ownership and willingness to learn
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
- Creative mindset is a plus (for engagement initiatives)
