About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and assist in various HR functions. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and team engagement activities, preparing you for a successful career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction sessions for new interns and employees.
- Maintain and update intern and employee records.
- Monitor intern performance and collect regular reports from team leads.
- Help organize team meetings, events, and engagement activities.
- Draft and send professional emails, offer letters, and certificates.
- Support HR managers in day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication between HR and different departments.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
