We're looking for an HR Intern who is excited to work at the intersection of people, product, and early-stage building someone who is curious, proactive, and keen to learn across functions.
What you'll work on- Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews)
- Engage with candidates and help shape the hiring experience
- Assist in testing the app and new features from a user and parent lens
- Contribute to feedback loops that improve product and content
- Support across ad-hoc people and operations tasks in a fast-moving environment
What we're looking for- Background in Psychology / Industrial-Organizational Psychology / related fields
- Fresher or early-stage candidate looking to learn and grow across functions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Curiosity and willingness to take initiative
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
