Internship Duration: Up to 6 Months
(Extendable based on organizational requirements and performance)
Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month
Reporting To: HR Manager
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates with BBA (HR) or MBA (HR).
- Candidates who have completed their degree and are looking to gain practical HR experience.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Position Summary
AIMS Institutes is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and career-oriented HR Interns to support the Human Resources Department in bulk recruitment drives, employee lifecycle management, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides excellent exposure to end-to-end HR functions, making it an ideal opportunity for fresh HR graduates to gain practical industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support bulk recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic screening of candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in organizing walk-in interviews and campus recruitment drives.
HR Operations
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Prepare employee files and maintain HR documentation.
- Verify employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain attendance and leave records as assigned.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HRMIS and employee databases.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR files.
- Ensure proper filing of statutory and HR documents.
- Assist in HR audits and documentation activities.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee events, celebrations, and engagement programs.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
General HR Support
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment MIS.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with various departments for manpower requirements.
- Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
