HR Intern

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Consultant Intern to support our HR consulting and client engagement activities. This role will provide exposure to real-time HR projects, HR processes, and implementation of HR solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in HR consulting projects and client deliverables

• Support in requirement gathering and understanding client HR processes

• Assist in HRMS/Zoho implementation and configuration support

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project updates

• Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for HR projects

• Stay updated with industry trends and HR best practices

  
  
  

• Recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR

• Strong communication and client-handling skills

• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies

• Knowledge of HRMS tools (Zoho preferred) is an added advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
