Job Description

Location: Baner, Pune

Duration: 3 Months 6 Months

Internship Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview processes.

Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.

Maintain and update candidate and employee databases.

Assist in HR operations such as attendance tracking and employee records.

Help in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (preferably HR, Management, or related fields).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
