Duration: 3 to 6 Months

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment team through LinkedIn hiring and talent sourcing. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
• Connect with candidates and schedule interviews
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with hiring managers for open positions
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Requirements:

• Graduate / pursuing graduation / MBA HR preferred
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Familiarity with LinkedIn is preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
