Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Special Project activities across multiple plant locations.
- Coordinate with plant HR teams and stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain project-related data.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR process improvement initiatives.
- Travel to various Lactalis manufacturing locations as part of the project.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations wherever required.
Eligibility Criteria- MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / PGDM (HR) pursuing or recently completed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Good analytical and presentation skills.

Desired Candidate Profile- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexible to travel and work at different plant locations.
