Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern

An HR Recruitment Intern assist the HR team with administrative tasks and recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of common duties:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assisting with posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates.
- Assisting with candidate communication, including sending acceptance/rejection letters.
- Conducting initial phone screenings or preliminary interviews.
- Assisting with background checks on shortlisted candidates.
2. Administrative Support:
- Updating employee records and HR databases.
- Maintaining accurate and organized HR files.
- Assisting with payroll administration and other HR-related tasks.
- Preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
3. Other Responsibilities:
- Assisting with on boarding new hires, including preparing orientation materials. Participating in HR projects and initiatives.
- Researching HR best practices and policies.
- Organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters
.
Note: * The internship duration is set for three months (90 days). * A certification will be issued upon successful completion of the full 90 days. If the intern does not fulfill this requirement, their internship will be terminated, and no certification will be granted. * Additionally, those who demonstrate strong performance during the internship may be offered a permanent full-time position on our payroll
