Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern
Overview
An HR Recruitment Intern assist the HR team with administrative tasks and recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.

Recruitment Support:
o Assisting with posting job advertisements on various platforms.
o Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
o Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates.
o Assisting with candidate communication, including sending acceptance/rejection letters.
o Conducting initial phone screenings or preliminary interviews.
o Assisting with background checks on shortlisted candidates.
Administrative Support:
o Updating employee records and HR databases.
o Maintaining accurate and organized HR files.
o Assisting with payroll administration and other HR-related tasks.
o Preparing reports and presentations as needed.
o Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
Other Responsibilities:
o Assisting with on boarding new hires, including preparing orientation materials. Participating in HR projects and initiatives.
o Researching HR best practices and policies.
o Organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.
o Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters
