Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment & hiring process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction activities
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Help in organizing training and employee engagement activities
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Handle basic employee queries
Requirements:
Any graduate / pursuing degree (HR preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Willingness to learn and positive attitude
