Job Description:

Key Learning Areas / Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on exposure in:

• Recruitment and Selection techniques
• Employee Onboarding and Offboarding procedures
• Employee Relations and conflict resolution strategies
• HR Administration and record-keeping practices
• Training and Development program coordination
• HR Metrics and Analytics usage
• Working closely with senior HR professionals for mentorship and guidance
