Your Role: HR Intern – Hiring
As an HR Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition team across sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding activities, while gaining exposure to structured recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
- Support offer roll outs, documentation, and onboarding co-ordination
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and recruitment communications
- Follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Support HR team with recruitment reporting and process improvements
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, including team initiatives, celebrations, onboarding engagement, and internal communication activities to enhance employee experience.
Requirements
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand job requirements and screen candidate profiles accordingly
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, job portals, and basic sourcing techniques
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining recruitment trackers
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Willingness to support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
