What Youll Learn & Do:
- Vendor Management: Assist in tracking vendor performance, onboarding new partners, and ensuring smooth coordination.
- Hiring Coordination: Support end-to-end hiring processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hiring operations.
- BGV Management: Learn how background verification is handled from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Data & Reports: Gain exposure to recruitment metrics, dashboards, and operations tracking.
- Process Improvements: Contribute fresh ideas to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
