Job Description

Youll be working closely with our TA team, supporting day-to-day operations while learning the art and science of hiring management an essential foundation for a career in HR, Operations, or Recruitment.

Roles & Responsibilities

What Youll Learn & Do:

  • Vendor Management: Assist in tracking vendor performance, onboarding new partners, and ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Hiring Coordination: Support end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hiring operations.
  • BGV Management: Learn how background verification is handled from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Data & Reports: Gain exposure to recruitment metrics, dashboards, and operations tracking.
  • Process Improvements: Contribute fresh ideas to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Who Can Apply
