Shift: Night Shift | Full-Time

Experience: Freshers / 1+ Year

Job Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri and other portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data.
• Achieve daily/monthly hiring targets.
  
  

Requirements

• Freshers can apply; 1+ year recruitment experience preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Comfortable with night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
