Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist with HR operations, including creating and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and managing personnel tasks. Responsibilities will also include supporting HR management processes, maintaining effective communication within the team, and gaining hands-on experience in human resources practices within the tech and startup industries.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and understanding of HR Management practices
  • Familiarity with designing and applying HR Policies and handling Employee Benefits
  • Skills in Personnel Management and team coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Enthusiasm for Web3, AI, and/or emerging technologies is a plus
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
