Job Title: HR Intern, Global

Job Location:DGFF GSC, Mumbai

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Data Analytics Intern to support our HR team in various data analytics initiatives. This internship will provide valuable support in the field of HR analytics, focusing on talent acquisition, data visualization and automation projects. The intern will work under the guidance of the HR Manager and collaborate with various team members to analyze data, generate insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Analytics:

• Support the collection and organization of data related to recruitment.
• Help in preparing reports and dashboards to visualize recruitment performance.
• Assist in analyzing recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes along with local center HR representatives..

Digitalization/Automation Projects:

• Assist in the documentation of current workflows and the design of workflow management / automated solutions.
• Participate in testing and evaluating tools and software.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Help maintain and update HR data systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in generating regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Support the HR Manager in data-driven decision-making by providing insights based on analysis.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Engineering students interested in HR domain can also apply.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Can intern from Jan 26 onwards for minimum of 6 months and maximum for a year.
