Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic HR freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources. Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience across core HR functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist with attendance and HR reports
• Coordinate with team members on HR activities
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks.

Eligibility:

• Freshers (SSC to any Degree)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
