We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to gain practical experience in human resources and develop their professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and screening resumes.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of documents and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Help in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
