HR INTERN ( Paid Internship )

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Duration: 3 Months
Internship Type: Learning + Practical Internship
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Stipend: 3,000/month + Performance Bonus

About Digital Lok
Digital Lok is an AI-powered Animation & Digital Marketing Studio working with brands, startups and businesses on AI videos, animation, social media, advertising and digital marketing.
We are looking for an HR Intern who is responsible, confident, organized and interested in learning practical HR and recruitment in a real working environment.
What You'll Do
Handle candidate sourcing, calling and resume screening for different positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
Assist in hiring and onboarding interns and employees.
Maintain attendance, leave records and basic employee documentation.
Coordinate with team members and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
Manage assigned HR tasks, follow-ups and daily HR activities properly and on time.
What You'll Learn
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
Resume screening, candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
Employee onboarding & HR documentation.
Attendance, leave management and basic HR operations.
Employee engagement & workplace culture building.
Practical use of AI tools for HR and business productivity.
Performance Bonus
The 3,000 monthly stipend is fixed. An additional Performance Bonus may be provided based on your overall contribution.
Performance will be considered based on:
Proper and consistent hiring
Good candidate communication and follow-ups
Completing HR tasks correctly and on time
Managing employee/intern records properly
Active participation in team activities and company culture
Taking initiative and contributing beyond assigned tasks
Who We're Looking For
Students or freshers interested in HR & Recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, responsible and proactive.
Comfortable speaking with candidates and team members.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Previous HR experience is not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply.
