Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and internal databases.
Support HR policies, SOPs, and internal communications.
Assist in employee engagement and team coordination.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Support employer branding and internal HR initiatives.
Requirements
0 to 1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome).
Open mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Basic understanding of HR or people management (training provided).
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Comfortable with digital tools like WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets.
Ability to work from office in a collaborative environment.
