Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and presentable HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Help in HR operations and daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in employee engagement activities

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Presentable and professional demeanor
  • Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
