About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and presentable HR Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Maintain and update employee records and databases
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Help in HR operations and daily administrative tasks
- Assist in employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
