We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS cybersecurity startup helping enterprises secure human and non-human identities. We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our hiring efforts and people operations while gaining hands-on startup experience.
What You'll Do• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain hiring trackers
• Draft and publish job postings across multiple platforms
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and LinkedIn activities
• Support onboarding documentation and employee engagement activities
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics
What We're Looking For• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing is a plus
• Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn in a startup environment
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
• Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS companies is preferred
