Job Summary:
Redcliffe Labs is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in managing end-to-end hiring activities. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting bulk hiring requirements across various functions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in fulfilling bulk hiring requirements.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment trackers and databases.
- Assist in posting job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and hiring events.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring data in Excel.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of MS Excel and data management.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Candidate:
- MBA in HR (Pursuing or Completed)
- Interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
