Job Description

Job Summary:

Redcliffe Labs is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in managing end-to-end hiring activities. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting bulk hiring requirements across various functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in fulfilling bulk hiring requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Assist in posting job openings on various recruitment platforms.
  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and hiring events.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring data in Excel.
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Skills Required:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and data management.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Candidate:
  • MBA in HR (Pursuing or Completed)
  • Interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
