REQUIREMENT FOR THE JOB PROFILE WITH KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Strong exposure to HR 3.0 and working knowledge of HR 4.0 digital transformation practice
Objective
To lead HR transformation aligning with organizational growth, ensuring compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws relevant to ISP/BPO operations.
- Lead the design and rollout of HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Build a robust talent acquisition framework tailored to fast-paced ISP/BPO environments.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, onboarding, and workforce retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Handle corporate compliance, administrative functions, and HR audits.
- Implement HR analytics tools for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Drive employer branding and internal communication programs.
TRAINING / PROJECT DONE
- Advanced HR Analytics and HR Tech Integration.
- Workshops on Labour Law, Industrial Relations, and Corporate Compliance.
- Digital HR 4.0 Implementation Project or HR Process Automation exposure.
