Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of HR experience, with a significant portion spent in high-growth technology or fintech companies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building a strong organizational culture and driving employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent and build a high-performing team.
- Design and manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Manage performance management systems and provide guidance on employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop succession planning.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- More than 6 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth technology/fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and reporting.
