Job Title: HR Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager / HR Head to lead the organization's HR function and drive effective people management practices. The role will oversee HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, HR policies, talent management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management

* Oversee monthly payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and payroll audits

* Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, and bonus

* Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes

* Manage performance management systems including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, and reviews

* Drive manpower planning and workforce requirements with department heads

* Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee confirmation, and exit processes

* Develop employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives

* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts

* Prepare HR MIS and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, and performance

* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance

* Conduct regular HR process audits and ensure adherence to company policies

* Provide HR insights and recommendations to management for people-related decisions

* Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and professional conduct

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field

* 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR management

* Strong expertise in payroll, compliance, HR operations, and performance management

* Experience in HR policy development and process implementation

* Good knowledge of HR MIS, Excel, and HRMS platforms

* Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and employee management skills
