Job Description

Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with the company's objectives in the HVAC industry.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback systems.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations applicable to the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce planning needs.
Drive employee engagement and training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitive packages.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Head should have:

A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven expertise in HR management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in India.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ability to work effectively in the air conditioning, heating, and accessories (HVAC) domain.
