Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with the company's objectives in the HVAC industry.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations applicable to the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address workforce planning needs.
  • Drive employee engagement and training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitive packages.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Head should have:

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in India.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in the air conditioning, heating, and accessories (HVAC) domain.
