Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help with HR documentation, letters, and reports
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
- Assist with compliance-related and HR process documentation
- Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned by the HR team
Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and ability to multitask
Eligibility
- MBA / PGDM (HR) students or recent graduates
- Available for full-time internship for the specified duration
