Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist with 23 years of experience to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policy/document management. The role requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
balance operational HR activities with strategic employee engagement initiatives to ensure a smooth and positive employee lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment And Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing coordination, and closing offers.
- Build candidate pipelines through multiple channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Ensure seamless onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Design and drive employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement rewards and recognition initiatives, including spot awards, and milestone celebrations.
- Collect and analyse employee feedback to improve workplace experience.
- Manage CSR partners, their contracts, pay out and engagement with employees
- Oversee training pertaining to POSH
HR Policies & Documentation
- Maintain and update HR policies, processes, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of HR letters, contracts, and compliance documents.
- Ensure all reporting, compliance and audit activities pertaining to areas of COG, L&D, POSH and CSR are completed in time.
General HR Operations
- Execute operational activities related to employment lifecycle.
- Support performance appraisal and feedback processes.
- Provide payroll and attendance inputs if required.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards for management review.
