HR Generalist

• We are looking for an ideal candidate with strong experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

• Responsible for finding potential employees for the company.

• Preferring candidates who handle up to 100 employees directly.

• Needs to understand the wants and needs of the organisation to achieve the desired goals.

• Must have good communication skills.

• Coordinating the department activities and the management follow-ups as well.

• Candidates with hands-on experience in generalist activities, including payroll, compliance, grievance handling, performance appraisal, etc.

• Candidates with Pharma experience can get priority.
