Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist & Admin & ERP Coordinator to support and manage Cazano's human resources functions, recruitment activities, and ERP system coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, payroll support, and ERP data management to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR Generalist)
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and employee-related analytics.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and candidate documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
ERP Coordination
- Act as the primary coordinator between users, departments, and ERP support teams.
- Maintain and update employee, customer, vendor, and operational data in the ERP system.
- Monitor ERP transactions and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide first-level ERP support and user assistance.
- Coordinate ERP training sessions for employees.
- Generate ERP reports and assist management with data analysis.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through ERP utilisation.
- Track ERP issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
- Ensure timely system updates and user compliance with ERP procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and/or ERP coordination.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Zoho, Tally ERP, or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in HRMS and ERP software implementation/support.
- Strong reporting and MIS preparation skills.
- Ability to train users and coordinate across departments.
- Professional and positive attitude with high confidentiality standards.
