HR Generalist & Operations

. Support day-to-day HR generalist and operational activities
. Provide HR administrative and employee lifecycle support
. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and overseas operations
. Maintain accurate employee information and HR documentation
. Support HR reporting and other HR initiatives as required

Payroll

. Support payroll activities for overseas manufacturing plants
. Perform first-level payroll verification and checking
. Review payroll information for accuracy and identify discrepancies
. Support payroll covering a high-volume employee population of up to 3,000 headcount
. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues
