Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Generalist (Payroll & Compliance) role based in Noida. The HR Generalist will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks, including managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, creating and implementing HR policies, and administering employee benefits. This role requires collaboration with teams to support HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles, processes, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Relevant experience in payroll and compliance is highly desirable
  • Salary Is Upto 30K
