MotorInc is an Automotive Experience Platform dedicated to enhancing the joy and convenience of vehicle ownership. As a growing startup, we seek a proactive HR Generalist who takes full ownership of core HR functions independently within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Manage the full recruitment cycle independently—from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding—ensuring timely and quality hires aligned with business needs.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare:
    Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities single-handedly to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
    Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS/ATS data, and generate necessary reports. Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
  • Performance Management & Learning:
    Execute performance review cycles and manage training coordination autonomously, supporting employee growth and development.
  • Policy Implementation:
    Implement HR policies and SOPs independently, ensuring alignment with company standards and continuous process improvements.
