HR Generalist – Keka Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a young, dynamic and AI-native HR Generalist with hands-on experience in
Keka HRMS.
The role will involve end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and managing key employee lifecycle activities through Keka.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Keka HRMS and maintain accurate employee records.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination and joining.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Conduct new joinee connects, employee check-ins and exit interviews.
- Coordinate and track performance reviews through Keka.
- Manage the employee HR helpdesk for attendance, leave, payroll, policies and other HR queries.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, employee data and basic HR MIS.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR Generalist activities.
- Use AI tools and automation to improve recruitment, communication and HR productivity.
Who We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Recruitment roles.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS a must.
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and employee-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up, ownership and task-closure ability.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets, HRMS and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Energetic, tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced organization.
