HR Generalist Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates professionally.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and interns.
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and recruitment databases.
- Assist in posting job openings on different hiring platforms.
- Help in employee engagement activities, attendance tracking, and HR coordination tasks.
- Support the HR team with documentation and basic HR operations.
- Learn and follow company HR policies and recruitment processes.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements and updates.
- Stay updated with current hiring trends and recruitment practices.
