Job Description

As a Site HR professional, Business Partner (Generalist) you are responsible for driving and leading the organizational people strategy and initiatives 

Should know Emails handling, non-IT recruitment, screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, hiring, Joining formalities, administration, and leave and attendance management.

As an HR one of the key roles would be to develop the company culture, it includes employee engagement activities, townhalls, events, picnics, feedback sessions and surveys , training.

Provide support to employees for various topics, like Leaves, compensation etc.

Good verbal and written communication.

Creating and maintaining MIS reports

Knowledge of HRMS 

Salary Processing with HR 

Knowledge of POSH would be beneficial 

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Candidate : Male/Female

Exp: 3-5 years 

Should have general and business process awareness, Internet awareness, computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and decent typing skills required.

Candidates must have experience in the above job profile function.
