Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews for various roles (Credit Managers, Operations, Sales, Verification Staff).

Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle complete joining formalities, document verification, orientation for new hires, as well as exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.

Attendance & Payroll Processing: Maintain daily attendance records, leave management, and coordinate monthly salary/payroll processing.

Performance & Engagement: Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, track KPIs/incentives, and organize employee engagement activities to drive workplace morale.

Policy & Compliance: Help implement and enforce company policies, attendance rules, code of conduct, and statutory HR compliance.

Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee grievances, resolving queries efficiently and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Requirements

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in HR recruitment and generalist operations (experience in NBFCs, Banking, or Financial Services is a strong plus).

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA HR / BBA / M.Com preferred).

Skills:

Strong sourcing skills across job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and local hiring networks in Ahmedabad.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HRMS tools.

Languages: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
