Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our organization's HR functions. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture. This role aims to align HR strategy with business objectives to enhance employee relationships and foster a productive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations by collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to reach mutually beneficial terms.
  • Maintain and organize employee documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage client relationships to understand workforce needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Support the administration of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) for effective data management and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Conduct periodic audits of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with compensation and benefits administration.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, demonstrating effective sourcing and selection techniques.
  • Proven skills in offer negotiation, ensuring both candidate satisfaction and organizational alignment.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Experience in application onboarding processes and delivering a positive new hire experience.
