Innovate and implement new methods for sourcing resumes for permanent staffing.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and job descriptions provided.
Communicate with candidates about employer information, benefits, and the screening process.
Conduct phone interviews with candidates based on required parameters and recommend candidates to the account manager.
Share vacancy details with candidates before sending profiles to the Account Manager, and follow up on acknowledgment of emails.
Ensure the delivery of quality resumes within the set turnaround time (TAT).
Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates and share interview schedules with candidates and the account manager.
Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and build rapport.
Conduct reference and background checks as necessary.
Follow up on required documents after candidate selection, negotiate offers (if required), and ensure constant relationship-building with candidates.
