We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage our freelancer workforce in the areas of website, app, software development, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, particularly in recruiting and managing freelancers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for freelancers in web development, app development, software development, and digital marketing.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program for freelancers.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools for freelancers.
- Proficient in using HR software and tools for managing freelancer databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
