Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Finance Executive to join our team. This is a dual-function role split equally between Human Resources and Finance operations, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy working with numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (50%)

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Handle employee concerns, queries, and grievances in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage employee records, onboarding documentation, and asset allocation
  • Track and maintain employee assets and ensure proper handover/return processes
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and assist with HR policy implementation

Finance (50%)

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records
  • Manage booking numbers and track revenue on an ongoing basis
  • Assist in month-end closing activities including profit and revenue calculations
  • Maintain organized financial documentation for reporting and audit purposes
  • Support basic accounts and finance functions as required by the business

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on employee management
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with accounting or HRMS software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and financial information
