Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for an HR Faculty Cum Communicative Trainer. The role involves conducting sessions and workshops on HR fundamentals and communication skills, customizing training modules to meet learner needs, and assisting in developing students employability and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities also include evaluating learners progress and providing constructive feedback to enhance their growth.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience

• in HR practices, policies, and concepts
• Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training or teaching, especially in HR or communication
• Ability to create informative and engaging training materials
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with curriculum design and program planning is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, English, Communications, or related field
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in HR and communication
