Job Summary

Beat Educations is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Faculty to deliver high-quality, industry-oriented HR training through practical and interactive teaching methods. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging HR classes for students using practical and interactive teaching methodologies.
• Deliver training across core HR domains, including HR Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Payroll, Labour Laws, and Employee Relations.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and learning materials.
• Conduct practical sessions, activities, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
• Provide career guidance and industry-relevant insights to students.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular, constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with current HR practices, tools, and industry trends.
• Support and participate in webinars, workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.
• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective and consistent course delivery.
